  • Yes, we offer Australia-wide shipping for all items. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We use Australia Post for all orders.

  • We accept PNG and JPG files.

    Please ensure the image is of High Quality to ensure the final product looks great.

  • Yes. For Memorial Photo Slate items, we will provide a digital proof for your approval. Production begins only after you confirm you’re happy with the final design.

    No proof is supplied for Personalised Pet Tags.

  • Because our products are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.

    If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your item with photos. We will happily replace or refund your order depending on the issue.

  • Cancellation is not possible due to the personalised nature of the products we sell.
