Typical production time is 3–7 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the job, as well as Material Stock.

Yes, we offer Australia-wide shipping for all items. Flat Rate Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We use Australia Post for all orders.

All orders are packed safely to protect custom prints and vinyl work during transit.

Yes! We offer on-site installation for vinyl signage in the local Eastern Suburbs area. We do not do large installations unfortunately.

Absolutely. You can send in your own artwork or simply tell us your idea, and we’ll work with you to create a design that suits your brand or personal style.

Nothing goes into production until you approve the final design.

We accept most common formats, including PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files.

For signage and large prints, vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest results.

If you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll let you know if adjustments are needed.

Yes. For custom signage and personalised sublimation items, we always provide a digital proof for your approval. Production begins only after you confirm you’re happy with the final design.

Because our products are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your item with photos. We will happily replace or refund your order depending on the issue.

Once design work or printing has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the personalised nature of the product.

To extend the life of your vinyl signage:

• Clean gently with warm water.

• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths, or pressure washers.

• Avoid prolonged direct heat.

• For vehicles, wash with a PH Natural Car Wash and avoid scrubbing vinyl edges. Do not machine polish the vinyl as this may discolour the vinyl.

Proper care keeps colours vibrant and prevents peeling.
