Each Memorial Photo Slate is thoughtfully created to honour the memory of your Beloved Pet. Every piece is made to order using your chosen photograph, along with your Pets Name and Dates, creating a special and lasting tribute.

To begin your order please use the form located to the side (below on a mobile). Once we receive your message we will prepare a layout for you and send it to you for approval. This allows you to see how your memorial will look.

There are three design styles you can choose from which are shown below.

The overall size of the Photo Slate is 30cm x 19cm x 2.7cm.

On approval of the layout we will send you an invoice for payment. After payment has been received by us your Memorial Photo Slate will be carefully produced.

Photo Slate is not restricted to just Dogs, it can be for any Pet that you have loved and lost.

As all items are printed in-house, please allow up to 7 days for production prior to dispatch.
