Each Memorial Photo Slate is thoughtfully created to honour the memory of your beloved pet. Every piece is made to order using your chosen photograph, creating a special and lasting tribute.

To begin, please use the form located to the side (below on a mobile) to upload your photo. Once we receive your image, we will prepare a layout and send it to you for approval. This allows you to see how your memorial will look.

You can choose from three design styles, shown below.

We can only change the Name, Dates and add your Chosen Image.

Once you are happy with the design, we will send you an invoice with details for payment. After payment has been received, your Memorial Photo Slate will be carefully produced.

As all items are printed in-house, please allow up to 7 days for production prior to dispatch.
