Personalised Products

Many of our products are custom made and personalised to your specifications. Please ensure that all spelling, names, dates, and details provided are correct when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Design Approval

For personalised items, we may provide a design preview or layout for approval before production begins.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve the design. Once approval has been given and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Payment

Full payment may be required before production begins, particularly for personalised items. Orders will not be produced until payment has been received and confirmed.

Colours & Product Appearance

Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and the production process.

Product shapes, finishes, and materials may also vary slightly from product images.

Photos Provided by Customers

If you provide photos for personalised items, you confirm that you have permission to use the image.

We are not responsible for copyright issues relating to images supplied by customers.

Production Time

As many items are handmade or custom produced, please allow reasonable time for design and production before shipping.

Production times may vary depending on order volume.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been customised.

However, if there is a fault with the product or an error on our part, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Design Ownership

All designs and layouts created by CJS Designs remain the intellectual property of CJS Designs until the order has been fully paid for.
