Because each item is made with care and personalised for you, a short production time is required before shipping.
Processing Time
Many of our products are personalised and made to order. Please allow time for your item to be designed and produced before it is shipped.
Typical production time is 2–5 business days, depending on the product and order volume.
If we require design approval from you, production will begin once the design has been approved.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Shipping options and costs will be shown during checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number where available.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal carrier. If your parcel is delayed or missing, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the shipping provider and tracking the item.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
