Refunds & Returns

At CJS Designs, each item is carefully created and many of our products are personalised specifically for you. Because of this, our refund and return policy is slightly different from standard retail items.

Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been customised with names, photos, or specific wording chosen by the customer.

Please ensure that all spelling, dates, names, and details are correct when placing your order.

Design Approval

If a design preview or layout is provided for approval before production, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all details before confirming the design.

Once approval has been given and production has begun, changes or refunds may no longer be possible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order details

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault or damage during shipping, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible due to the personalised nature of the item.
