You can choose from three layout options:
Name and Phone Number on the Front (Rear Blank)
Name on the Front & Phone Number on the Rear
Name and Phone Number on the Front, with a Medical Alert Message on the Rear
For the medical option, you can choose to include:
• I TAKE MEDICATION
• I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION
This thoughtful addition can make all the difference if your dog is ever found without you. It gently alerts others that your pet may require urgent care, ongoing medication, or special attention, offering you extra peace of mind.
If your dog has a longer name, we kindly recommend choosing the Name and Phone Number on the Front option. This allows the name to be displayed more comfortably without appearing tight or crowded, ensuring it remains clear and easy to read.
How to Personalise Your Tag
To personalise your tag, simply select your chosen style and design layout, then add the item to your cart.
When you select “Add to Cart”, you will be prompted to supply:
• Your Pet’s Name
• Your Preferred Contact Number
• Medical Alert Message (if applicable)
Because these aren’t just pet tags they’re a small but powerful layer of protection for someone you love.
Size: 3.5cm wide x 2.5cm high. Each tag will come with a lovely clasp to attach to your Pets Collar or Harness.
